Key Responsibilities
As General Manager, you will be fully responsible for the operational and strategic leadership of the hotel. You will act as host, entrepreneur and brand ambassador, ensuring outstanding guest experiences while driving financial performance and team development.
Your responsibilities:
* Full P&L responsibility and overall economic performance of the property
* Lead, inspire, and develop all department heads and their teams
* Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction and quality standards
* Oversee daily operations across all departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Sales, etc.)
* Develop and implement commercial strategies in close collaboration with HQ
* Drive revenue management, budgeting, and effective cost control
* Act as the hotel’s representative towards guests, partners, and local stakeholders
* Support repositioning, renovation, or brand development projects where required
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
* Several years of experience in a General Manager or Hotel Director position
* Strong commercial acumen with proven P&L management expertise
* A leadership-driven personality with a hands-on approach
* Experience within branded and/or lifestyle hotel environments
* A structured, solution-oriented, and resilient mindset
* Fluency in both German and English
* A genuine passion for hospitality and building high-performing teams
