About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Lead Engineer to join our international project team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical systems of our projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Prioritize tasks to support ambitious international projects and craft the core of energy transition for power plant equipment
* Craft component requirements and design electrical auxiliaries for Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, and Generators during project execution
* Monitor engineering costs, staff-hour estimates, and time schedules to ensure project execution within constraints
* Prepare and issue equipment specifications and procurement documents
* Evaluate bids from vendors and engage in technical discussions directly with them
* Participate in factory acceptance tests for electrical equipment
* Lead an Electrical Systems Team (typically 5 engineers) in a particular international execution project
Requirements
* Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or similar studies
* Several years of experience in engineering and project execution for Electrical Systems
* Creativity, team spirit, and open personality
* Knowledge of Combined Cycle Power Plants, Open Cycle and Nuclear Power Plants is an advantage
