Job Title: Manager Advanced Analytics & MLOps
We are seeking a seasoned Data Scientist to lead our team in driving impactful projects that transform business outcomes. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in machine learning, data analytics, and agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of skilled Data Scientists and one Data Engineer who work in cross-functional teams contributing to strategic pillars such as HProduce, ESG, and AI.
* Empower the team to deliver high-quality solutions that push the boundaries of innovation.
* Provide a vision to the team about how to bring machine learning models at scale to production.
* Define standards and tools for the area of responsibility, so that the team can focus on business value creation.
* Define and uphold best practices for MLOps processes, ensuring robust version control, reproducibility, and seamless integration of new technologies.
Requirements:
* MINT University degree or equivalent experience.
* Domain knowledge of the cement industry would be advantageous.
* Experience in working with Databricks or similar solutions would be a plus.
* 4+ years of practical experience in Data Science.
* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with agile methodologies.
* Willingness to learn new technologies.
* Solid experience in tools like Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and Apache Spark.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Willingness to travel.
