As we expand, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to help us grow our partnerships and customer base in the automotive, mobility and robotics industry.
In this role, you'll:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automotive and mobility sectors
* Build and manage long-term customer relationships with OEMs, Tier 1s, and technology partners
* Develop go-to-market strategies and drive sales pipeline growth
* Represent SafeAD at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
* Collaborate with the technical team to translate customer needs into product solutions
* Negotiate contracts and close deals with strategic partners
We require you to have:
* Experience in sales, business development, or key account management
* Proven track record of driving B2B partnerships and revenue growth
* Understanding of the technology landscape in autonomous driving and mobility
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset with the motivation to create real impact
* Fluent English and German language skills
It's a plus if you have:
* A strong network in automotive, mobility or robotics (OEMs, Tier 1s, or mobility startups)
* Experience in a high-tech or deep-tech startup environment
