About this Position
What you´ll do
* Active involvement in the innovation process, including coordination and alignment with other departments
* Development of concepts for new products in coloration, hair care and styling categories
* Monitoring of fashion and hair trend research to create the brand look collection (Street Style Collection)
* Participate to the creation and implementation of social media content (including #indolaselected)
* Product performance, competition and strategic market analysis
* Day to day administrative support on invoicing, budgeting, presentations, organizing internal/external events/workshops etc.
What makes you a good fit
* Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business-related studies, ideally with focus on marketing
* Practical and international experience, e.g. by internships and semester abroad, is beneficial
* Fluent English language skills, German is a plus, not mandatory
* Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Power Point and Excel with strong analytical skills
* Self-motivated, creative and open-minded personality with high level of independence Interested in B2B hair care / hairdressing industry and digital savvy
* Availability as of 15.06.2026 for 6 months

We offer you an attractive compensation of €1,050–2,270 gross per month. The exact amount depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory), and any previous degrees you may already have.
