Your Role
Maintaining the integrity of our trading platform and preventing financial crime are essential to our business. To support this, we are looking for a Junior AML Transaction Monitoring Analyst (f/m/d) to strengthen our first line of financial crime controls.
As an Junior AML Transaction Monitoring Analyst, you are responsible for reviewing and investigating trading-related activity across 360T’s FX platform. You will identify unusual or potentially suspicious client behavior and escalate findings in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
You work closely with internal stakeholders to support a robust, risk-based approach to financial crime prevention in a technology-driven trading environment.
Your Responsibilities
1. Review and investigate transaction monitoring alerts related to FX trading and order activity
2. Perform end-to-end investigations into unusual or potentially suspicious trading behavior
3. Analyze trading patterns, order activity, and client behavior to identify financial economic crime risks
4. Escalate suspicious activity in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
5. Document investigations clearly and accurately in case management systems
6. Support the effectiveness of transaction monitoring and surveillance tools, including alert logic reviews and tuning activities
7. Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure effective financial crime controls
Your Profile
8. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
9. At least 2 years of experience in Transaction Monitoring, AML, or Financial Economic Crime investigations
10. Experience conducting end-to-end investigations using monitoring and case management tools
11. Understanding of AML regulations, financial crime typologies, and relevant red flags, ideally in an FX or trading context
12. Familiarity with transaction monitoring or trade surveillance systems
13. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
14. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a regulated environment
