SENIORRETAIL MARKETING MANAGER (m/f/d)
CONTEXT OF THE ROLE
This position plays a key role in strengtheningbrand presence and customer awareness across a network of physical retaillocations. As Senior Retail Marketing Manager, you will shape how thebrand shows up in-store and locally, ensuring a strong, consistent, and premiumcustomer experience that supports long-term growth.
You will work closely with central marketingfunctions, leadership, and store teams to translate brand and businessobjectives into meaningful retail marketing initiatives. This is a permanentrole based in Munich.

SCOPE & IMPACT
* Own the overall retail marketing approach with a clear focus on brand awareness, visibility, and sustained customer traffic
* Develop concepts and initiatives that strengthen brand perception in physical retail environments rather than short-term promotional mechanics
* Act as a strategic partner to central marketing teams, leadership, and store management to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
* Define success metrics and evaluate impact using relevant KPIs, translating insights into continuous improvement
* Identify cultural, consumer, and market trends within the premium and luxury retail space and integrate learnings into retail marketing concepts
* Support the brand positioning of new store openings, including launch communication, local visibility, and experience-led initiatives
* Manage the retail marketing budget with a clear view on long-term brand impact and effectiveness

EXPERIENCE & SKILL SET
* 5+ years of experience in marketing, with several years in a retail, luxury, or premium brand environment
* Strong generalist marketing background with exposure to brand building, awareness campaigns, and customer engagement across channels
* Academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable field
* Proven ability to develop marketing concepts that increase brand awareness and footfall in physical retail settings
* Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a structured, hands-on working style
* Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to collaborate across functions and seniority levels
* Creative mindset combined with analytical thinking and sound judgement
* Very good skills in PowerPoint and Excel; basic experience with Adobe Creative tools is an advantage
* Fluent in German and English
