Training Coordinator
We are looking for our next training operations coordinator in Germany. This role is part of the Operations team and supports NIIT’s customer(s) in Frankfurt.
We all work together on a common project with part of the team based in India.
As a training operations coordinator, you will be reporting to the training operations manager.
You will be the key contact point for all local stakeholders in Germany, coordinating training session delivery. Analyze the training needs provided by the Client and determine the number of sessions needed to train the overall number of trainees according to courses and per site,
Organize the training sessions according to trainees’ expectations and availability and ensure their proper execution,
Calibrate and coordinate with the Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program,
Support completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if required,
Ensure Learner Support Level 2

Exposure to an international work environment
~ Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM
~ Fluent in German and English is a mandatory requirement
~ Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint
