You will be responsible for managing fit-outs and refurbishments, driving operational efficiencies while enhancing the overall workplace experience. Your expertise in real estate and facilities management will play a crucial role in contributing to the global strategy of our organization.
As a seasoned professional, you will guide regional leaders on compliance, governance, and best practices, supporting lease negotiations and developing business cases for new sites or renewals. You will oversee day-to-day property operations, lease obligations, and tenancy matters, collaborating with cross-functional teams including finance, tech ops, health and safety, ESG, and procurement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* 5-10 years of experience in corporate real estate and facilities management
* Proven ability to manage multi-site portfolios, ideally across multiple countries
* Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
* Deep understanding of compliance, health and safety, and ESG in a corporate setting
* IOSH certification (NEBOSH desirable)
* Degree-qualified, preferably in a related field
* Fluent in English and the region's main language
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data-driven systems

Others:
Collaborate with a regional network of facilities managers and coordinators, monitor occupancy levels, and provide strategic recommendations to the Global Director of Property. Ensure all offices meet risk, health and safety, ESG, financial, and tenancy obligations.
