Hydrocolloids Applications Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Hydrocolloids Applications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our research and development department, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing hydrocolloid solutions for the food and beverage segments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and conduct lab- and pilot scale experiments to develop applications in food and beverage products
* Apply knowledge of hydrocolloids to solve technical challenges in food formulation and processing
In addition to your technical expertise, we are looking for someone with excellent project management skills who can effectively manage assigned projects, timelines, tasks, resources, and reporting to ensure timely delivery of results.
Requirements:
* A PhD or Master's degree in Food Science, Material Science, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field
* A minimum of 10 years' experience in hydrocolloids in industrial R&D settings with hands-on experience on applications
* Demonstrated scientific innovation through patents publications product development etc.
* Detailed knowledge of physical chemistry hydrology formulation application development
