BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Full-time, on-site) "Service Delivery Manager" in Germany
Responsibilities
* Oversee end-to-end IT service delivery to ensure high availability, performance, and customer satisfaction
* Manage and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service performance metrics
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding service-related matters
* Lead incident, problem, and change management processes to ensure minimal disruption
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams (support, infrastructure, network, security) for smooth operations
* Manage vendor relationships and ensure third-party service quality and compliance
* Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and optimize processes
* Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices, company policies, and compliance standards
* Prepare and present regular service reports, reviews, and improvement plans
* Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues
* Manage team performance, provide guidance, and support professional development
* Plan resource allocation and capacity management for service efficiency
* Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
* Support transition and onboarding of new services or clients
* Ensure proper documentation of processes, incidents, and system changes
Requirements :
* Must hold a valid work permit in Germany
* Previous experience in the same field
* Local language (German) & English fluency mandatory .
