As an E-mail Marketing Specialist, you will lead the development and execution of email marketing strategies to boost performance and meet D2C targets.

E-mail Marketing Specialist Main Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute a comprehensive e-mail marketing campaign strategy in alignment with their overall CRM strategy to increase the performance of their e-mail channel and to achieve their D2C targets
•Execute weekly operational tasks such as creation of newsletters for multi-country campaigns, align continuously with local CRM team members, handling sending process and alignment on segmentation and e-mail flows
•Design compelling, relevant, and user-friendly newsletters that resonate with their target audience and improve target KPI’s
•Create appealing email templates and compelling call-to-actions in their campaigns to drive sales and engagement among their customers
•Analyse effective strategies and user behaviours to refine and give data-driven recommendations for their E-mail content, layout, and overall strategy
•Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, and D2C teams to optimize campaigns, align on content approvals, incorporate educational and inspirational content, and create automated journeys and personalized experiences with the Manager D2C Marketing
•Define content requirements and brief content team, closely align with Communication Manager for overall Communication planning
•Foster lasting customer relationships to provide clear guidance throughout their journey
E-mail Marketing Specialist Ideal Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing related areas or equivalent experience desirable
•A minimum of 3-year experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi-market environment
•Fluent in English, with proficiency in other languages being desirable
•Experienced with e-mail marketing software ideally SFMC
•Strong experience in •Have a deep understanding of the customer journey of the audiences to plan timely and relevant e-mail marketing campaigns
•Data driven and strong analytical skills
•Understanding of marketing mix and importance of channel integration & attribution
•Strong skills in tracking tools like Google Analytics
•Ability to convert customer data into insights, advice, and actions
