We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee the implementation and compliance of security processes. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor degree in IT security or a relative field and proven experience in IT security, security management, telecom, and cybersecurity topics.
The role involves assessing customer feedbacks and improving procedures accordingly to ensure great customer service is provided at all times. The Service Delivery Manager will work hand-in-hand with the SOC Manager, Project Managers, and other teams to review and improve KPI's in accordance with services needs.
The successful candidate will be integrated into the Managed Security Services team - Compliance team and will enjoy a professional and stimulating work environment in the IT & telecom sector.
The following skills and qualifications are required:
* Bachelor degree in IT security or a related field
* Proven experience in IT security, security management, telecom, and cybersecurity topics
* Knowledge of hardware/software systems, security infrastructure, and security governance activities
* Fluency in English and French
The ideal candidate will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, and demonstrated Service Delivery managerial skills.
