Job Description
You will be responsible for managing a team, coordinating and monitoring work on HR administration and data analysis to position the HR department as a strategic partner.
* Main tasks consist in developing dashboards, establishing Key Performance Indicators, anticipating trends and needs, and making recommendations for optimising HR processes and recruitment.
Your Role
The division also ensures administrative follow-up of staff, handles relations with administrations, and manages flexitime, time-savings account, recreation leave, and other absences.
Your Profile
* You need a Master's degree in management, IT, human resources or a related field.
* Prior experience in data analysis, ideally in the field of human resources.
* A good understanding of HR processes and dynamics is necessary.
* Sensitivity and ease with IT tools and information technologies.
* Proficiency in common office tools.
* Data visualisation skills are required.
* Fluency in multiple languages.
* Ability to communicate analysis results clearly and manage a team effectively.
