A €300 million revenue FMCG business is looking for a Senior Financial Controller to join its finance leadership team. This is a remote-first position with occasional travel to the company’s head office in Lower Saxony. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you’ll play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a controlling role, a strong command of German GAAP (HGB), and a solid background in FP&A, cash flow forecasting, KPI development, and statutory reporting. Fluency in German is essential, as you’ll be working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
