Specialist (m/f/d) IT Application Management Operations

Your tasks
 * You will be responsible for the availability and functionality of our applications in technical operations
 * You will be responsible for planning and managing the operational takeover of projects and provide support for further development projects
 * You are the central technical contact for internal specialist departments and external service providers in the event of faults and problems
 * You independently manage and coordinate (major) incidents and ensure that problems are solved quickly and effectively
 * You plan and manage change and release processes independently and proactively, taking security aspects into account
 * You actively participate in the optimization of operational processes and implement them independently
Your profile
 * You have a degree in (business) informatics or comparable training, for example as an IT specialist for system integration with relevant professional experience
 * You have knowledge of client/server applications, database systems and/or CRM systems
 * You have experience in the operational operation of applications, in incident, problem and change management as well as service provider management
 * You are characterized by an independent, structured and punctual way of working
 * Very advanced German language skills at C1 level round off your profile
