But more importantly, you will help us prove that AI alone does not create success — it’s the attention to detail, persistence, and thoughtful craftsmanship that turn technology into something truly valuable for people.How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Design, test, and refine prompts for generative AI and LLM-based chatbots
2. Support fine-tuning and continuous improvement of model outputs through structured feedback and iteration
3. Collaborate with experts to align AI behavior with business language and user expectations
4. Analyze model performance and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities
5. Research and experiment with new LLM capabilities such as contextual memory, multilingual understanding, and role prompting
6. Ensure data quality, privacy, and accuracy in all AI-related work, prepare summaries, findings, and short demos for internal stakeholders
What You Bring
7. Enrolled student in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Cognitive Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
8. Strong personal interest in AI — you keep yourself informed about how LLMs work, the latest trends and real-world applications
9. First hands-on experience with LLMs ( OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral or similar)
10. Structured, independent, and quality-focused working style
11. Strong communication skills and confidence in working with diverse stakeholders
12. Fluent in English; German is an advantage
