Fujifilm Healthcare Germany is looking for a Sales Operations Manager who will head the Sales- and HCDE-internal Administration across all HCDE Business Units. You will be responsible for building and performing the administration to achieve the set revenue, growth, and cost targets.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Management of the Sales Support/Order Processing, Tender Operations, and Internal & Business Support departments
* Identification of efficiency potential and implementation of process improvements and tools in inside sales
* Ensuring data quality and reporting standards
* Further development of Salesforce, Power BI and other supporting applications
* Creation of decision-making templates for management
* Provision of data for business intelligence
* Support of sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting
* Creation of commission models and calculation of commission payments
* Internal Office Management
Education and Skills Requirements:
* Several years of professional experience in inside sales operations, sales controlling, or business operations
* Very good understanding of sales and service processes in inside and outside sales
* Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools
* Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Very good written and spoken German and English
