Projektbeschreibung
The core responsibilities of this role focus on the development of competency frameworks and the design of strategic learning architectures:
Competency Framework Development:
Conducting SME interviews to capture current and future skill demands based on IT strategy.
Creating a comprehensive competency framework, including skill taxonomies, proficiency levels, and behavioral indicators.
Developing role-specific competency profiles and maturity levels.
Designing models for continuous improvement and impact measurement (e.g., via KPIs like time-to-competency or productivity effects).
Ensuring the scalability of the framework to serve as a template for future skills and roles.
Content Architecture & Learning Journeys:
Performing skill-gap analyses to determine specific learning needs.
Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to define relevant learning content and formats.
Designing end-to-end learning journeys based on blended learning principles and modern learning experience design.
Skills
The requirements are categorized into mandatory ("must") and preferred ("nice to have") qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, educational sciences, HR, organizational development, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in workforce upskilling (must).
Experience with companies of comparable size (must).
Background in IT, logistics, or process-related capabilities (nice to have).
Skills & Knowledge:
Proficiency in conducting needs and gap analyses (must).
Expertise in creating comprehensive competency frameworks (must).
Ability to design tailored learning journeys and manage multiple priorities (must).
Basic understanding of IT concepts and the ability to translate technical topics into upskilling concepts (must).
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills (must).
Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution and problem-solving abilities (must).
Adaptability and a proactive mindset (must).
Tools & Mobility:
Basic knowledge of LMS administration and content creation tools (nice to have).
Willingness to participate in regular onsite meetings in Gütersloh or Cologne (nice to have).
