Sourcing Manager (m/f/d) Requisition ID: 11991 Location: Hamburg, DE, 22419 Department: Sourcing As a Sourcing Manager, you take responsibility for the global procurement of port‑related logistics services and materials. You shape supplier strategies, ensure competitive commercial conditions and strengthen Nordex’s global supply network. In this role, you work closely with cross‑functional teams to support project execution, operational excellence and long‑term supply chain stability. YOUR TASKS Take ownership of sourcing activities related to global port logistics and associated service providers Implement purchasing strategies and secure cost‑effective and compliant procurement decisions Manage and monitor supplier performance through defined KPIs and continuous improvement measures Conduct procurement market analysis, benchmark suppliers and identify or develop new sourcing partners Collaborate with Logistics, Project Management, Engineering, Quality and Service to align requirements and ensure operational readiness Lead negotiations with national and international suppliers regarding prices, delivery conditions, contracts and framework agreements Contribute actively to optimization initiatives and support the continuous development of sourcing processes YOUR PROFILE Completed degree in business, engineering or an equivalent qualification with a commercial or technical focus Solid understanding of procurement principles; experience in purchasing within the wind industry is an advantage Confident use of essential IT systems, especially MS Office and SAP Fluent English skills with strong communication abilities across functions and cultures Strong strategic and analytical skills to evaluate supplier performance, markets and cost structures Skilled negotiator with the ability to represent Nordex’s interests effectively internally and externally Target‑oriented, structured and proactive working style with a high sense of ownership YOUR BENEFITS: In addition to the opportunity to make our world a little more sustainable, we offer you: *Some offers may vary by location.
