Blue Tree Group is an investment banking boutique based in Munich, Germany, with a focus on mid-sized and fast-growing "technology-enabled" businesses. We advise on international M&A buy- and sell-side transactions, as well as equity and debt financings. Our dedicated sector teams serve clients in Technology, Business Services, Retail, Consumer Products, and Software industries. Our clients include Private Equity firms, pre-IPO companies, listed companies, growth-financed firms, and mid-sized champions from German-speaking countries and the Benelux regions.
To strengthen our teams in Munich, we are hiring:
Investment Banking Vice President (m/f/d)
Primary Responsibilities
* Deliver financial budgets and drive growth through origination and execution of advisory mandates.
* Collaborate with the Managing Partner to manage and develop client relationships within our sectors.
* Lead the execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions, developing client materials with support from Analysts or Associates.
* Serve as Deal Captain in transactions, managing internal and external teams.
* Support business development efforts alongside Senior Sector Advisors and the Managing Partner.
Your profile
We seek financial professionals eager to develop within our growing boutique and aspiring to partnership:
* Master’s degree with strong academic performance and international study experience.
* At least 5 years of lead M&A and/or debt financing experience.
* Robust financial and analytical skills; completed Analyst or Associate training at an investment bank.
* Strong organizational skills and growth mindset.
* Interest in developing new skills and leading an industry sector.
* Transaction experience in Technology & Software or CRS space.
* Ability to collaborate effectively in an international team with a positive, can-do attitude.
