Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Infrastructure & Projects Department.
* Provide administrative support to department management
* Perform a range of administrative tasks inherent to the department
* Assist in maintaining the department's documentation and records
* Manage and centralize information, coordinate logistics for the department
* Support project coordination by organizing meetings and drafting minutes
* Order necessary office supplies for the department's operations
* Act as a backup for other assistants in managing the department's schedule and handling calls from contacts
In addition to daily tasks, you will contribute to inclusion initiatives, help integrate new colleagues, and promote sustainable practices through responsible behavior.
The ideal candidate will possess a higher education diploma or equivalent experience, with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Fluency in French (C1 minimum) and an operational level of English (B2 minimum) are required. Knowledge of German or Luxembourgish is an asset.
