Technical Service Engineer for LED Displays - European Region (full-time, m/f/d)
…in our European Headquarters in Mörfelden-Walldorf (near Frankfurt), Germany .
YOUR CHALLENGES:
* Provide remote and on-site customer support by analysing technical issues and delivering effective solutions
* Guide customers in on-site and remote product installation and maintenance
* Identify customer needs, promote technical service solutions, deliver value-added services, and ensure the successful execution of service projects in accordance with contractual agreements
* Perform visual inspections of LED panels and modules
* Review repair reports and submit them to customers
* Perform repair-related processes using the CSM system
* Manage maintenance tools, materials, and testing equipment
* Assist with packing repaired products
YOUR PROFILE:
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field (preferred)
* Good knowledge of LED displays and experience in the AV industry (preferred)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
* Detail-oriented with a highly organized work style
* Fluency in Chinese and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of German is a plus
* Willingness to travel (e.g., for on-site customer service and product exhibitions)
