Your main responsibilities Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and data products for analytics and AI use cases Develop and optimise hybrid (on-premise / cloud) data architectures Implement CI/CD automation, testing frameworks, and industrialised delivery processes Develop, deploy, and monitor Machine Learning models (fraud, commercial performance, AML/KYC, document understanding) Perform experimentation, prototyping, and evaluation using structured metrics. ranslate research papers into production-ready solutions Provide technical oversight and code review to junior contributors Build components for OCR, document classification, information extraction, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) Design prompt templates, evaluation datasets, and LLM interaction flows Integrate Snowflake Cortex, Dataiku LLM Mesh, and equivalent technologies into bank processes Integrate AI models into business processes via APIs, MicroServices, and orchestration layers Ensure secure, production-grade implementations in collaboration with engineering teams Manage versioning, monitoring, traceability, and AI governance compliance Produce model documentation, validation material, and committee-ready presentations Communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders Support business lines, compliance, and risk functions to ensure safe AI adoption Contribute to strategic transformation initiatives and cross-functional workshops Your profile You have at least 5 years of experience in data engineering, data science, or AI-driven roles Fluent in French & English Technical skills: LLMs, langchain, prompt engineering, and document-intelligence workflows OCR (tesseract, OpenCV, pypdf) MLOps/DevOps (CI/CD, containers, orchestration, APIs) Soft skills: Team player Good communication skills If at the end of the recruitment process your application is successful, you will be asked for a criminal record.
