Automotive Technician with Leadership Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced automotive technician to lead our team in Hamburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and repair of windshields, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation and repair of windshields, including calibration of driver assistance systems
* Leadership role with technical and administrative tasks
* Customer service and sales
* Administration and organization
* Quality control and process improvement
Requirements:
* Completed apprenticeship as a motor vehicle mechanic or similar qualification
* Several years of experience in the field, preferably as a qualified motor vehicle technician
* Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
* Good understanding of PC applications and Microsoft Office
* Valid driving license (class B)
