Senior Vice President Central and Eastern Europe (Germany or Czech based) We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior Vice President (SVP) for Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) to join Nordec’s management team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role carries full responsibility for the strategic, operational, and financial performance of Nordec’s business across the region. While the scope covers the CEE markets - which include Poland, Lithuania, and Czechia - a particular focus will be on Germany, where Nordec has recently established operations. The SVP will be instrumental in building the German business, strengthening its local market presence, and aligning operations with Nordec's regional strategy. Key responsibilities include leading sales, project management, and ensuring compliance with local laws, health & safety standards, and Nordec’s Project Business Concept, and carrying full P&L responsibility. The SVP will work closely with local Business Area Managers across countries, ensuring safety practices and fostering long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Candidate Profile: University degree in a technical field (civil engineering preferred). Extensive senior leadership experience within construction or a related sector. Proven success as a commercial or sales manager, ideally with exposure to the German construction or steel structures market. Strong people leadership skills, able to motivate, support, and build a culture of safety and continuous learning. Deep understanding of regional markets, client networks, and industry practices, with emphasis on Germany. Solid financial skills, including forecasting, planning, and P&L management. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; fluent in English and good German language skills are required. Why Nordec?
