Responsibilities: Responsible for coordinating, monitoring and managing the appointment calendar and related correspondence. Arranging and tracking appointments and consultations with prioritization Contact person in the team for various organizational matters Organizing business trips, meetings, telephone conferences, international meetings Initiating and completing internal and external correspondence, primarily in English Assist in the creation of presentation documents in PowerPoint, primarily in English Support License managers, marketing and event department and coordination of projects Support alignment and sending of contracts and annual financial statements, controlling trademark registrations in collaboration with IP lawyers.
