The regional has headquarter in Dubai and other offices in Abu Dhabi, Cairo (Egypt), Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), Qatar as well as 2 production plants, and 2 sales subsidiaries and offices and a whole network of independent distributors and dealers across the MEA region.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Promote and sell Daikin A/C equipment in Eastern Province.
2. Achieve sales booking, invoicing and margin target assigned by management.
3. Generate new enquiries and customers (contractors and sub-contractors)
4. Review enquiries, Preparing Commercial and technical offers and follow up with application team.
5. Follow up on submittals for approvals from Client / Consultant.
6. Familiarity with the industry trends and competition
7. Negotiation of contractual/commercial terms
8. Coordinate with Service team to provide After Sales support to existing customers.
9. Project Payment follow up and Realization
10. Bring critical customer requirements back into the development, production, and marketing processes
11. Input, Monitor and Update CRM data on regular basis and prepare sales reports for the management
12. Visit customer sites for meetings, presentations, and demonstrations as required.
13. Coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth project execution.
14. Account management within DKSA, working with Consulting sales and application team.
15. Ensure payments collection on time as per agreed payment terms.
16. Order management and delivery to customers promptly and reliably keeping in mind Customer satisfaction.
17. Prepare Monthly Reports on Performance adhering to deadlines
18. Participate in review meetings and take note of any challenges to take necessary actions.
Job Requirements:
Experience & Knowledge:
19. At least 5 years in a similar role with experience and knowledge in HVAC sector, especially applied.
20. Successful track Record in KSA market and HVAC industry
21. Strong experience on contractual terms & conditions
22. Strong product knowledge of Chillers, Airside products, knowledge in VRV/VRF is a plus.
23. Customer Management
24. Driving license
Education:
25. Mechanical Engineering degree
26. MBA is a plus.
Skills:
27. Proficiency in English (both verbal & written).
28. Strong analytical skills
29. Ability to plan and lead meetings and negotiation skills.
30. Proficient working knowledge of Excel, Power Point, and other Microsoft Office applications
