Your future area of responsibility Order acceptance: In this role, you will be responsible for accepting incoming orders via a user-friendly online ordering system. It is important that you check the data for completeness and accuracy to ensure that all the necessary information is available. This is the first step in a smooth ordering process, which is crucial for the satisfaction of our customers. Order management: You will enter the recorded orders into our comprehensive order management system. This includes not only entering the order details, but also regularly updating the order status. You will be responsible for ensuring that each order is routed to the correct department or supplier so that it can be processed quickly and efficiently. Your diligence and accuracy at this stage is vital to avoid delays and ensure a high level of service. Customer and supplier communication: A key part of your role will be communicating with our customers and suppliers. You will be in regular contact with these important partners to answer questions about orders, clarify delivery dates or resolve any issues quickly and effectively. Your ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner will be a key skill in this role Your profile You have a technical understanding and a keen interest in Internet and IT topics. You are focused, structured and meticulous when dealing with complex tasks. You have a high level of commitment and quality awareness. After onboarding, you will answer customer queries by e-mail and telephone. You will be able to answer many questions quickly with the help of the team. You can pass on more complex topics to more experienced colleagues or discuss them internally directly with a software developer.
