Microsoft’s Enterprise Account Team focuses on partnering with customers to achieve strategic goals. This team is responsible for providing a differentiated Customer experience, delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes, and driving revenue growth for Microsoft.
Responsibilities
As a Global Client Director, you will:
1. Conduct ongoing executive mapping exercises to ensure alignment across key internal and external groups.
2. Provide thought leadership and strategic co-innovation ideas, challenging customers to think differently and offering industry-specific perspectives.
3. Build and maintain long-term strategic customer relationships to drive greater impact.
4. Develop long-term strategies to foster customer loyalty that competitors find hard to overcome.
5. Collaborate with the customer to discuss how to enrich their value to their clients and create mutually agreed-upon roadmaps for innovation and transformation within strategic accounts.
6. Proactively explore and identify new technologies, gauge customer interest, and understand competitive positioning.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree and experience in an industry such as Government or Education, or driving digital transformation.
* Or Master's Degree with similar industry or digital transformation experience.
* Experience working with mid-to-senior level executives, providing recommendations and collaborating effectively.
