The teams serve as a hub for all internal and external employees of the department and address their key concerns. The diverse services from various sub-disciplines are distributed among the Service Team, the Process Service, and the GQ 0500 Department hotline, as well as the Technical Internal Service (end-user support), the experts for onboarding and offboarding, and the cross-agency IT procurement coordination. For our IT Services Team, we are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong service-oriented mindset and a passion for working with people. You will be responsible for the application development of our collaboration tools.
