The goal of this position is to develop and execute a channel strategy that aligns with overarching company objectives. You will be responsible for budget planning, forecasting, and achievement of performance targets (CLTV, ROAS).
Responsibilities
* Strategy & Optimization:
o Develop and execute the semi-annual channel strategy in alignment with overarching company objectives.
o Plan and manage budgets effectively and achieve performance targets (CLTV, ROAS).
o Design, prioritize, and evaluate A/B tests to drive continuous performance improvements.
o Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and efficiency levers.
* Performance Accountability:
o Manage campaign performance and quality of weekly and monthly reporting.
o Adjust bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
o Proactively manage campaigns based on performance data and strategic priorities.
* Mentorship & Collaboration:
o Share knowledge and learnings with the team and contribute significantly to enabling juniors to develop continuously.
o Collaborate with other teams to ensure a holistic marketing strategy.
o Main point of contact for new creative concepts.
* Stakeholder Management:
o Communicate performance, learnings, and strategic plans to stakeholders.
Requirements
* At least 8 years of hands-on experience in paid search or paid social.
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage budgets effectively.
* Data-driven decision making skills.
* Collaborative approach and ability to work closely with other teams.
