On behalf of our client, a fast-growing independent M&A advisory boutique, we are supporting the hire of an Associate / Senior Analyst to join its Frankfurt office. The firm advises founders, family-owned businesses, and mid-market corporates on sell-side and buy-side M&A, growth capital, and strategic transactions across Germany and Europe.
The platform is known for its hands-on execution model, lean deal teams, and strong exposure to decision-makers. With an active pipeline and increasing transaction volumes in the €20–300m range, the firm is expanding its junior execution bench in Frankfurt.

Key Responsibilities
* Transaction execution across sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates
* Financial analysis, valuation work, and preparation of marketing materials
* Building detailed financial models and supporting commercial analysis
* Preparation of information memoranda, management presentations, and data rooms
* Coordination with clients, investors, legal and tax advisors
* Market and company research across multiple sectors
Candidate Requirements
* 1–4 years of experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate finance
* Strong financial modelling and valuation skill set
* Solid academic background with excellent grades
* Fluent German and English are required
* Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in lean deal teams
