This role is pivotal in driving growth in a market shaped by digitization, decarbonization, and grid saturation. Your impact: As a Business Development Manager u2013 White Space, you will: Drive sales of Eatonu2019s White Space portfolio: Rack PDUs, IT Racks, Fiber & Copper connectivity, KVMs, ATS, and software solutions. Engage directly with large Data Center clients (e.g., Amazon, Microsoft), consultants, contractors, integrators, and value-added resellers. Coordinate with Eatonu2019s Country Sales Organizations to manage key accounts and regional territories.Lead opportunity development using Eatonu2019s CRM, conduct pipeline reviews, and manage customer projects from tender to deployment. Deliver insights through Win/Loss analysis, market feedback, and competitive intelligence to Product Management. What We're Looking For: Qualifications: Engineering degree preferred; knowledge of IT infrastructure is a plus. 5 years in Sales or Business Development, ideally in the Data Center or IT sector. Skills: Deep understanding of Data Center ecosystems and White Space applications. Strong international sales experience and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
