Field Service Technician Role OverviewThis role offers an excellent opportunity to work with customers, identifying opportunities for improvement and eliminating pain points. You will be responsible for performing field service tasks, analyzing technical issues, and preparing material lists needed for service activities.A strong background in servicing critical power equipment is essential, as well as experience working with Field Service or a related role. This position contributes to the Electrification Smart Power division and is based in Northern Virginia.Main Responsibilities:Working with customers to identify opportunities for improvement and eliminate pain pointsPerforming field service tasks, including analyzing technical issues and preparing material listsPreparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring all materials are available and of appropriate qualityActing as trainer when needed for field service associates and customersKey Qualifications:Associates Degree or Technical School training5 years' experience in servicing critical power equipment or equivalent combination of education and professional experienceBroad experience in Field Service or a related role with a focus on Critical Power SystemsMedium Voltage power conditioning and distribution equipment experience is a plusCandidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work in the USBenefits and OpportunitiesThis role offers a competitive salary range between $49,400 and $91,600 annually, along with various benefits.
