3 BDRs in place now, tons of pipeline, but no one to close it
Shape the transition from founder‑led sales to a professional sales org.
Shape the AE team (4-5 more AE's will be hired), and you can lead them
What is expected...
Close deals with tons of current pipeline
Close deals in the €50K–€300K ARR range | Sales cycles: 2–8 weeks
Work deals with 2–4 stakeholders (champion, decision‑maker, procurement, legal)
Support in hiring additional AE's and BDR's
Collaborate closely with founders to build and refine the GTM motion

What you bring
2–3+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience
Experience closing €50K–€100K ARR deals in traditional industries in DACH
Experience and willingness to work in an early‑stage scale‑up at high pace
Full‑cycle sales experience with strong discovery and value‑based selling
Fluency in German and English
