What you'll do
* Improve existing manufacturing processes within Adhesive Technologies to deliver on KPI´s like efficiency improvement, sustainability or safety
* Drive investment projects
* Share the knowledge between sites with same/similar technology within Europe
* Participate in global process technology networks
* Design and evaluate process optimizations for investments projects
* Take responsibility for technology conclusions within major investment to support the local team in scoping size, type and automation within technology
What makes you a good fit
* Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry or similar
* Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
* Knowledge of project management tools, preferably Microsoft Project (MSP)
* Fluent English and good German language skills
* Willingness to travel within Europe (up to 10%)
