Your Tasks
1. Develop and manage comprehensive trade-in programs to drive customer engagement and loyalty
2. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to streamline trade-in processes
3. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to continuously improve trade-in offerings
4. Lead the design and implementation of DaaS solutions, providing customers with flexible, subscription-based device solution
5. Work with product development and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of DaaS offerings
6. Develop pricing models, service level agreements, and support structures for DaaS
7. Drive the company’s green energy strategy, focusing on renewable energy solutions and sustainability
8. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and promote green energy products and services
9. Educate and engage customers on the benefits of green energy and sustainable practices
Your Profile
10. University degree in Economics, Statistics or similar qualification
11. Several years of professional experience in managing global and cross functional projects, ideally in retail / service environment
12. Knowledge of Trade-in Business Models and / or Green Energy Business
13. Good understanding of market trends and innovations in the Services & Solutions area
14. Strong analytical skills, communication skills and results-oriented
15. Self-starter (m/f/d) with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
16. Passion for sustainability and technology
17. Business fluent in English, German would be beneficial
