Description and Requirements
Country Sales Specialist – Accessories (enterprise and public sector for Germany and Austria) is responsible for driving sales growth, market penetration, and customer acquisition on enterprise and public sector in the market. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts. The Sales Specialist will also provide product expertise, competitive insights, and sales support to ensure strong business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the B2Baccessories market.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise and public customers
3. Conduct prospecting, lead generation, and customer outreach to expand the customer base.
4. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and business challenges to provide tailored solutions.
5. Work closely with existing customers to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
6. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through ongoing support and relationship management.
7. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to close deals successfully.
8. Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and market share objectives.
9. Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide accurate forecasts.
10. Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, logistics, and after-sales support.
11. Maintain strong knowledge of accessories products, features, and competitive positioning and educate customers on product benefits, use cases and industry trends

Requirements and Skills:
13. Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales
14. Experience in accessories or a related segment
15. Good communication and collaboration skills
16. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets
17. Strategic and solution-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
