We are looking for an exceptional Scientist to lead our efforts in the identification and characterization of novel therapeutic antibodies. Perform daily instrument quality control, calibration, compensation, and troubleshooting to ensure consistent, high-quality data output.
Establish SOPs for panel design, titration of antibodies, sample preparation, staining, acquisition, and data analysis using FlowJo or similar software.
Independently analyze datasets using software such as FlowJo. Maintain accurate documentation of experiments and service logs for compliance and reproducibility.
PhD in Immunology, Cancer Biology, Cell Biology, or a related discipline.
Extensive hands-on experience with flow cytometry including panel design, compensation, multicolor analysis, and complex gating strategies, troubleshooting, maintenance of the flow cytometer.
