This position is part time eligible with 70 % (working Monday to Friday is required) Tasks & responsibilities Step into a pivotal role where you will establish and implement the quality standards for the data generated in QM. Your expertise will shape the future of Data Governance practices in our organization. Embrace the responsibility of being the Global Process Owner (GPO) for related processes. Your strategic oversight of the Knowledge Management Assets and related tools and systems will ensure the highest standards of Data Governance across our business. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in driving the success of our Data Quality endeavors. Become the driving force behind the continuous education of our QM Data Quality Team. Your commitment to fostering knowledge and skills will ensure our team stays at the forefront of industry developments. Take charge of the execution of Data Cleaning Processes and Projects, ensuring they are effectively and efficiently managed. Requirements Master’s degree in scientific discipline with several years of GxP experience within the pharmaceutical industry, CROs or regulatory authorities; a PhD would be a valuable addition Project Management Certification or proven project management experience, demonstrating increasing complexity of projects managed Direct experience as a Management System, Process and/or Capability Lead Demonstrated leadership skills and strategic problem-solving ability Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities Excellent organizational skills and ability to accomplish multiple tasks of varied complexity simultaneously Knowledge of processes in quality management Ready to contact us?
