* Lead IT Operations in DACH, including End User Support, Infrastructure, and Workplace Technology
* Define and execute the regional IT strategy and multi-year roadmap
* Manage the infrastructure and technology project portfolio, aligning with European/global initiatives
* Drive transformation, turning vision into actionable change within the organization
* Oversee full P&L for IT operations, including budget planning and financial performance
* Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams focused on digital innovation, resilience, and operational excellence
Über Dich
* Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing multi-site IT operations in complex or multinational settings
* Strong expertise in IT financials, CAPEX/OPEX management, and cost optimization
* Proven track record in leading large, cross-country IT project portfolios with measurable results
* Visionary, strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans using OKRs and KPIs
* Skilled in driving organizational transformation and managing complex change
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills; English fluency required, German and Agile experience are strong pluses
