Your mission
* You plan, execute, and analyze user acquisition campaigns across performance UA platforms like Google Ads, IronSource, Unity, Facebook, Liftoff and more
* You analyze data and optimize campaign performance towards Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
* You track performance, adapt strategies and make decisions based on data and campaign performance
* You drive A/B testing in order to improve UA performance
* You track and report on key metrics on a regular basis
* You foster new and current relationships with advertising partners
* You collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement innovative solutions for user acquisition
* You are proactive; stay on top of industry trends and best practices
Your profile
* You own an university degree in marketing, analytics, business or a similar qualification
* You have 3-4 years of relevant experiences in marketing
* Experiences of working in the mobile gaming industry are very welcome
* You are experienced with paid mobile marketing campaigns and App Store optimization (ASO)
* You have very good analytical and conceptual skills
* You are dedicated, flexible and are excellent in communication
* Fluent English is mandatory, knowledge of German is welcome
* High affinity for mobile apps and enthusiasm for games
* You are proficient in Google Ads and have a strong understanding of meta

Please note: this is not a remote only position, we offer you a flexible hybrid model here in Hamburg, Germany - working from home on Mondays & Fridays, coming to the office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday! :)
