German-speaking customer support - linkedin lts skills – relocation to greece

This recruitment is managed by an external HR consultant on behalf of multiple international companies operating customer support centers in Greece.


About the Role

We are hiring German-speaking candidates to join an international customer support team supporting corporate users of digital tools, including learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning.

You will assist customers with questions related to platform access, course navigation, account setup, and basic troubleshooting while working for projects of leading multinational companies, including Microsoft.

Full paid training and relocation support to Athens, Greece are provided.


Responsibilities:

Customer Support


Handle inbound customer requests via phone, email, and chat in German.

Support users with account access, login issues, and profile setup.

Assist customers navigating learning platforms, courses, and certifications.

Resolve basic technical issues using internal knowledge bases.

Escalate complex platform issues to technical teams.



LinkedIn LMS-Related Support:


Guide users in accessing and using corporate learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning.


Support course enrollment, learning path navigation, and completion tracking questions.


Assist managers and employees with training-related inquiries.


Provide clear instructions and documentation to users.


Maintain accurate case records in CRM systems.


Requirements:

* Native or fluent German (C1–C2) - mandatory.
* English language (B1) - mandatory.
* EU citizenship - mandatory.
* Willingness to relocate to Greece.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable working with digital platforms and online tools.
* Ability to handle customer interactions independently.
* Experience in customer service, helpdesk, IT support, or call center (nice to have).
* Familiarity with online learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning or other LMS tools.
* Experience using CRM or ticketing systems (nice to have).
* Interest in working in an international corporate environment.


Salary & Benefits:

* €1,300–€1,500 gross/month, paid 14× per year.
* Up to 10% performance bonus.
