Your Tasks
You will learn the following with us:
* Evaluate standard IT systems and customer-specific applications
* Developing, creating and supporting IT solutions
* Implementing, integrating and testing quality assurance and IT security measures
* Programming software solutions
* Selecting and using process models and development environments
* Applying analysis and design procedures
Necessary Skills
* Good secondary school leaving certificate or higher
* Interest in technology and how IT systems work
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) and good English skills
* Analytical way of thinking and an independent and structured way of working
* Reliability, initiative and good communication skills
Desired Skills
* Initial experience in programming smaller applications desirable

In addition to experienced support, your apprenticeship will include in-house and external courses.
