The Role Lead the European sales strategy and execution for enterprise SaaS solutions in the sustainability and climate tech space
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high‑performing sales team across multiple countries
Drive revenue growth and expand market presence across Europe, focusing on the DACH region
Cultivate and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, managing the full sales cycle
Develop and monitor KPIs, pipeline, and revenue metrics to ensure performance targets are met
Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align offerings with market needs
Requirements Proven senior sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in cleantech, energy, sustainability, or ESG
Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling revenue across Europe
Experience managing and developing cross‑border teams in high‑growth environments
Native‑level German with professional proficiency in English
Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, value‑based selling, and complex deal structuring
Familiarity with climate tech, carbon management, ESG reporting, or sustainability platforms is highly advantageous
Highly organized, strategic thinker, and capable of adapting to a fast‑paced start‑up environment
Willingness to travel regularly between Munich, Berlin, and client locations
