7. Lead and inspire your team through training, coaching, development and feedback
8. Design, manage and own the overall experience, not just the offerings
9. Set an expectation of hospitality that is friendly and engaging
10. Create, manage and implement new projects and ideas
11. Ensure team reviews, coaching sessions, and disciplinary actions are delivered in a professional and timely manner
12. Identify and develop both internal and external talent to ensure clear succession planning
13. Promote a culture of Food and Workplace Safety
14. Empower and support the team or colleagues and suppliers to deliver a great service
15. Monitor labour turnover and support the People Business Partner to ensure your team is fully recruited
16. Create Incredible Customer Experiences with your team
DEIN PROFIL
17. 1-3 years Management experience in a fast paced environment
18. Very good written and spoken German and English skills are mandatory, any other language is an advantage
19. IT user skills - G-Suite
20. Hands on approach
21. Good communicator
22. History of developing winning teams
23. Can do attitude
24. Eager to learn and progress
25. Willing to drive operational and Hospitality excellence
