You will design and facilitate high-impact workshops for leadership teams, helping them to embed a Growth Mindset and inclusive behaviors into their daily work. You will partner with HR and business leaders to embed inclusion and fairness into our core people processes, from performance management to talent development. What We're Looking For Proven experience in a senior role focused on workplace culture, organizational development, and inclusion. A track record of successfully designing and implementing culture change initiatives in a large, global organization. Expertise in creating and facilitating engaging workshops and development programs for senior leaders. Strong ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels, from leadership to team members. Deep understanding of Growth Mindset principles, inclusive leadership, and how to embed them within HR processes and systems.
