Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Support:

* Diary and Meeting Management:
1. Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and organise travel arrangements.
* Reception and Guest Services:
1. Provide a professional and welcoming experience for clients and visitors, manage access control, and assist with conference room and audio/visual setup.
* Event Coordination and Ad Hoc Projects:
1. Support internal and external events, arrange catering, and assist with office projects.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* Relevant experience in legal or corporate administrative support.
* Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask across priorities.
* Strong communication skills and a professional, client-oriented approach.
* Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
