Main Tasks
* Team Leadership & Development: Lead a sales-driven team and support both their professional and personal growth through coaching and feedback
* Onboarding: Design and implement structured onboarding and training programs
* Performance Analysis: Conduct regular evaluations, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and create targeted development plans
* Customer Interaction: Actively participate in daily operations, including inbound and outbound customer consultations (no cold calling)
* Recruitment: Conduct interviews and contribute to team expansion
* Process Optimization: Continuously improve workflows and implement new ideas
Requirements
* Sales Expertise: Several years of experience in sales, ideally within financial services, telephone sales, or banking
* Leadership Skills: Initial proven experience in leading teams (both technically and disciplinarily)
* People Skills: Strong ability to motivate and inspire, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Entrepreneurial Mindset: Hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and innovation
* Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of processes
